Step 2: Pre-Construction Agreement

This single service focuses on planning, scope of work, timeline, design, and budgeting to ensure a smooth and efficient construction phase. This agreement covers architectural plans, structural plans, detailed drawings, permitting, specifications, and a preliminary budget.

Design & Engineering

We collaborate with you to develop architectural plans, structural plans, detailed drawings, coordinate permitting, specification, inclusions, exclusions and finalize design ideas that reflect your goals and lifestyle needs.

Planning & Pricing

We create a systematic process of defining project goals, developing detailed strategies, by outlining the steps needed to achieve those goals. We outline your budget by determining the financial cost of the project, including materials, labor, and other expenses, and establishing the final price for the project’s completion.

Scope of Work

We define the specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and boundaries of a project or piece of work. We clarify what needs to be done, how it will be done, and when it needs to be completed, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Essentially, it’s a blueprint for project execution, outlining both what’s included and excluded from the project. It serves as a benchmark for measuring project progress and performance.

Signed Pre-Construction Agreement

This agreement solidifies the planning phase and gives us the go-ahead to move into the construction build stage.

Step 3: Contract Signing & Scheduling Start Date

Once we finalize your plans and pricing, we formalize our partnership with a signed contract. We’ll also confirm the estimated start date for construction and lock in your spot in our schedule.

Finalize Agreement

We carefully review and confirm all project documents so everything is ready before construction begins.

Schedule Start Date

We lock in a start date on our calendar and begin pre-construction prep to ensure an efficient project launch.

Step 4: Build Project

Construction begins! We handle every aspect of the build with care and professionalism, keeping you in the loop throughout. From foundation to finishes, your project is managed with precision.

On-Site Construction

Our dedicated team builds with precision and professionalism, focusing on quality craftsmanship and site safety.

Daily Updates

With our Online Project Tracker, You’ll receive daily updates, photos, documents and communications so you’re always in the loop, even if you can’t be on-site.

Project Oversight

Your project manager oversees the entire build, coordinating construction, timelines, and quality control for a seamless experience.

Step 5: Client Hand-Over

Once construction wraps up, we walk you through your completed project and address any final punch-list items. We’re not done until you’re thrilled with the result. You’ll also receive all project documentation for your records.

Final Walkthrough

We walk through your home together, address any final items, and ensure every detail meets your expectations.

Project Closeout

You’ll receive warranties, documentation, and important records for your new home in one organized package.
